About Us
Sargent's Rentals Inc - Maine Vacation Rentals is family-owned and managed by local area residents Richard Lord and Suzanne Torrey. We have been in operation for 20 years and are located on Main Street in Stonington in an office shared with Shepard's Select Properties.
We strive to keep our rental rates within a fair market price. If you find a vacation property with another rental agency that compares to one of ours, yet our rate is higher, let us know! We will endeavour to find a suitable Maine vacation rental for you at a price that meets or beats a fair comparison.
Our Services
We provide year round property management covering all aspects of renting out your property, including caretaking and cleaning services, attending to the needs of guests renting your home and ensuring that your home is well maintained and respected.
Our customer is not only the vacationer or local resident, but also the property owner and their extended family. The season doesn't end for us on Labor Day - we are here for our customers year round, January through December.
